Account Support
Each inLighten client has an Account Manager who is their dedicated in-house advocate
regarding all inLighten products and services. These professionals are dedicated to delivering
their client the greatest value possible from inLighten and to working with the client's unique
requirements to make it all happen.
Account Managers provide:
- Access to all inLighten products and value-added services
- Coordinate production of client video, audio & print media
by inLighten's iDesign Group™ from concept to broadcast
- Consult with a Client's outside ad agency and other
venders in support of inLighten services
- Facilitate training and scheduling of
ongoing product education
- Consult on product implementation
- Liaison for all administrative processes
- Maintain tracking and
reporting of account activity
